The Henien Aid project has emerged as a result of researching the kindest, highest quality, most widespread, most sustainable method of serving food.
We can offer food to those around us, but there are many people in need who are not around us that we are not aware of.
The most common method of serving food to those in need is soup kitchens. However, soup kitchens also have some disadvantages. For example; quality and hygiene standards may not always be met. Dependence on space and time. There is a risk of under or over production and wastage. It may cause the needy to wait in long queues and be offended.
We have developed Henien Aid as a new generation soup kitchen project where all these negativities will not be experienced, quality and hygiene standards can be ensured, dependence on space and time will be eliminated, addressing the full need, no waste, no offence to those in need, and we can bring together those who want to offer and those in need under the most optimum conditions.
In this system, meals are cooked with autoclave technology, packaged and delivered to those in need ready to eat.
Since production is carried out centrally, quality and hygiene standards can be easily ensured at a high level.
Thanks to autoclave technology, packaged meals can be kept at room temperature for 1.5 years, eliminating the need for cold chain and ensuring food safety.
Thanks to the packaged meals, waste is eliminated and the needy can consume as much as they need.
Thanks to the address delivery system, those in need are freed from being dependent on time and place, and can consume freely at any time without any offence.
Thanks to the cooking and packaging technology, there are no food additives in the meals and they can be consumed easily.
Thanks to the system established for the identification and confirmation of those in need, the treats are delivered to the most accurate addresses - the real beneficiaries.
